In 2015 according to report, Katy Perry had a business to settle with the Catholic Church regarding the purchased of the “Order of the Most Holy and Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary’s convent in the hills” in Los Angeles from the state archdiocese for a price of $14.5 million. However, the nuns who reside in the property already sold it to a businesswoman Dana Hollister in the previous year. But the archdiocese said the nuns had no right to sell the property. Arguments emerged and the sale was rendered invalidated in 2016.
But recently, a num from the holy order, Sister Rita Callanan speaks concerning what had or might have happened, which a little bit dark:
“I really didn’t like Katy Perry. I’m sure she doesn’t like me,” Sister Rita, 81, speaking to New York Post, she said she feels Perry and “American Idol” judge now has “blood on her hands” after the death of Rita’s best friend, Sister Catherine Rose Holzman, who died last year in a courthouse as the nuns put up with Katy’s lawyers. She added “I intend to fight,” she said. “But how long I can do that, I don’t know.”
