‘Now You See Me 2’ Review: A Super-cool Movie and Really Entertaining

I’m most people enjoyed the first part of the action-magic movie, Now You See Me, and and second part is also cool, in case you’ve not watched Now You See Me 2, then you’re missing out. Let me quickly run through the summary (below) before i briefly mention the interesting parts of the film.

Now You See Me 2 summary: After fleeing from a stage show, the illusionists (Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson) known as the Four Horsemen find themselves in more trouble in Macau, China. Devious tech wizard Walter Mabry (Daniel Radcliffe) forces the infamous magicians to steal a powerful chip that can control all of the world’s computers. Meanwhile, vengeful FBI agent Dylan Rhodes (Mark Ruffalo) hatches his own plot against Thaddeus Bradley (Morgan Freeman), the man he blames for the death of his father.

Now You See Me 2 soundtrack, effect and cinematography, of course are on point, but the most spectacular is the heroic act of Mark Ruffalo, and of course how he used magic in fighting, although he was later captures, but he knocked a lot of asses down before he was captured. The two best scenes are when they Horsemen were sent to steal the chip, which can hack in to the global system, and the as well as all Mark Rufallo’s scenes.

Morgan Freeman’s role was bit political in the movie, such that i got lost at some point, as he played his card in such a way that he revived his reputation with his partner’s son (Mark Rufallo), and the same time made some cash from the bad guys, showing that magic is not always about scientific tricks. Although, the method they used in hypnotizing people in the movie isn’t real, no one is going to fall for that in real life, but that’s why it’s a movie.

Score: 10/10
